got my TL-S last night....finally
After two weeks of waiting....I finally got my WDP TL-S last night. I showed the car to my cuz when I went to his salon and He started freaking at me.....he said the car was "beautiful". Damn, the underbody kit makes it look very sharp, but now I gotta take every sloped driveway or parking lot entrance very, very slow. And if it looks too steep a grade I'll park on the street or find another entrance....LOL.:p

Ooh, I know this one! The answer to your first part of your question is "Not always." Some dealers install the mudguards and/or wheel locks to enhance the look and maybe to inflate the cost of the car. They don't come from the factory with mudguards installed.
The answer to the second part of your question is "Yes!" At this time there is no way to attach the mudguards to the OEM body kits. If you have mudguards and then order the underbody kit... well, let's just hope that you got the guards for free!

Front mud guards are standard on Canadian Models, only Rears are optional extra....
Wheel locks are pretty much on the car as dealer usually throw them in at no cost....
