PROBLEMS!!!
Okay so i go to my buddies house and were looking at it and he realized he doesnt have this torx screw with a security hole. So he call his buddies at the local import performance shop (my buddy of mine had a totally modded out civic, and now a S2K so he knows what hes doin) anyway they say send him over. So i get there and theyre looking it over and they ask whats the diff in these bulbs, so i tell them about the color diff etc, and the little mod they have to do to the bulb, then they say no we wont put them in, because they said these bulbs will melt the housing because theyre a retrofit and they burn too hot, and I say no they wont, ill show a site with guys who have had these things in for a long time with no problems, and they say no again! IM like WTF! what kind of a performance shop are you if you say no because it needs a little mod to fit! How many addons need a little mod to fit correctly. So where did you guys get this bit so that i can get these damn things in!!!
Sorry im venting too.

I think you're confusing the security bit to remove the screw of the bulb housing cover with the the dremelling (little mod) that you have to do to get your D2S to fit.
1. The torx bit is used to remove the screw and only that.
2. To do "that little mod", you will need to dremel a slot in the new bulb to allow it fit into the bulb housing.
