I was driving my tl-s and a guy was driving out on a new grand caravan from an intersection with a stop sign and skipped two lanes including the median and hit me. As hard as i tried to avoid the accident it still happened. I have the ABP color so the damage is kinda not as visable as it would be on a fpr. So far the parts that are damaged are : driver side front side bumper, fender has 2 dents, rims is all beat up, and headlight is sticking out of the fender but whole. When i got hit the transmition downshifted pretty hard into what it seemed like 2nd gear, and has been jerking since. the tire didnt pop so i drove it home. Cops came and said it was the other mans fault for skipping so many lanes. My question is , what would be the next step as in repair?

I assume you have the police report or other persons ins info? First step is to go to body shops you want to go to and have estimates made up. Make sure to point out any and everything that is involved in the accident and point out the trans as well. If you have their ins info the body shop (a good one) will take care of everything for you.
