good customer relations from a .COM???????
Hi Claude,
I believe I found your order for the Eaglite 9006 80w bulbs. It isn't really common to have a bulb go out, but if it is defective, it will usually blow out very soon after installation, which is good since you're still covered under warranty.
In any case, I'm going to send you out a new pair of the Eaglites. Usually we only send one replacement bulb, but this way you'll also have a spare.
As for the MAX 55w bulbs, because the wattage is lower, they should have a longer lifespan. (One month for the Eaglite 80 watt bulbs is NOT normal though - those should last much longer too.)
