Question getting rid of 'dash treatment'

I had given my car to a detailing place and instructed them not to put the armor all dash treatment....but they did it anyway!!! My dash now has a very glossy appearance, i'm pissed ...what is the best way to take it off ???

Mix sink detergent and water, use a damp sponge, rinse often.

If that doesn't work, use 1 part clear vinegar and 10 parts water (this is also a great glass cleaner).

Why are people so stupid sometimes?? Dumba$$!! I hate when you instruct them NOT to do something and they do it anyway. I hope you made a point to tell them they fu@ked up and compensate you in some way.
