im looking at buying a front lip localy, but the lip is pretty banged up. 2 of the tabs are broken, i dont know much about bodywork but i want to know if this is fixable and how much i should expect to pay.

he wants 125, im gonna check it out in person before i make up my mind. the tab is compltly broken off, what would a body shop do about that?

 

I wouldn't spend that much considering you have to have it repaired. My guess would be about $100 to fix, plus paint. I don't know exactly what they would do, but they can figure something out.

Offer the guy $80 for it, and don't spend more than $100.

 

id say just spend a little more now on something thats in tact and avoid the headaches of getting it repaired (although im 19 as well so i know how tight money can be lol)
