I've a 2003 Acura TL Base model. I just moved to California where front license plate is required. I bought "FR. LICENSE PLATE - (71180S0KA00)" at "hondapartsunlimited"

It did not come with any bolts clips or installation guide. I'm not sure what else do I need. Could anyone please help me in getting pats that I need to install that plastic base and brief installation notes? Pics will help too. Thanks!

 

You need two #32 (if you already don't have them on your bumper) and two #36.
