The top picture is for the REAR Mount.
The lower picture is for the FRONT Mount.

They look the same always.. The front one has like a metal shield for the rubber while the rear one doesn't.

This set's front mount doesn't have the shield with the 4 bolts on the sides.....should I get the one with the shield or without???? Do u happen to know what's the difference???

yikes that is one bad generic mount set...
AFAIK the Accord doesn't use that shield so that kit is probably for the Accord and it doesn't have hydro mounts but solid mounts too.. They kit for sure but you lose hydro assist and those mounts will last a couple of years only.

thanks for the reply and your time ... I really do appreciate it ...when I bought the car the person before me had a set in the trunk ....I did the front and rear transmission mounts myself, when I went to replace the front engine mount I was comparing the new one to the old one and the part didn't look the same and the base was different..I think they sent him the wrong engine mounts ...

The Accord uses one without the shield but like I said those are SOLID mounts. The TL uses HYDRO assisted mounts that is the difference between the 2 cars, Physical wise they are the same so its probably the front mount for an Accord.
To make sure you got Hydro Assisted remember that below the Mount there is a tube for the vacuum plug.

When buying mounts make sure to always try to get the OEM F/R Engine Mounts because Generic are like super crappy... Transmission and Side Engine Mount can be cheap no worries but once the MAIN Engine Mounts go out it will start to destroy every single other mount in the engine bay.
