Front driver wheel turn freely when lifted of the ground

Front driver wheel turn freely when lifted of the ground and passenger side wheel is on ground. Should be it locked whit transmission in Park. I just bought Acura tl 2002 series S at police auction. Had flat tire front driver wheel and when I lift it I was surprised that wheel turn completely freely even transmission is in parking and other front wheel is on ground. But it didn’t feel like anything is broken as wheel turn completely freely.
I’m under impression that front wheels should be locked whit car in P. I’m aware of tranny problems with those cars, is it this sign of tranny bad? From my experience tranny bad manifest with rough wheel spinning not easy and free?

I didn't have opportunity to drive this car so far as do not have key, and car was towed from police parking lot to my parking.

From: Baja, México.
It should not do that... Possibly the park fork is damaged or the trans is not really in park.
It is not a sign of our trans issue though.

Yeah as above guy said can be damaged something in the towing. And it is probably drive axle. Will check in morning. It will not make to much of trouble to me to fix.

I would take a look at the shift cable for its function, It may be damaged or misaligned. Use the Parking brake for the mean time.

Problem is solved. It was completely broken left axle. I installed new and no more free spinning. As I saw at Upull in this car if both wheels up they should rotate in opposite directions. As one axle was broken both wheels rotate.
