well i have a oem kit on my 2003 tls and decided to take the front lip off tp try to put on my new bra because of highway driving.
well the thing is that i took out all the bolts and 3 bolts in the middle of the front spoiler wont go back in.
all the other bolts when in fine but the middle 3 dont even have a support. like as if there were no holes drilled for it. i stick the bolts in and they just come right back out. its ****ing weird it took some force with a wrench to take those pupies off but now they wont even go in. like as if the holes got to big and they fall right out.
man am i stumped. anyone eles have this trouble?
i mean if the end bolts fit fine that means i certainly do have the holes aligned.

ARe you talking about the bolts or the clips?
If it is the clips, i think i know the reason, the clips are made to hold the bumper and the "black plastic" underside piece. U have to make sure that the black piece is right against the bumper or else it will not clip onto anything. That's why they have those little holes for, u take ur finget and hold down of the hole while u put the clips back on

If you are talking about the bolts...well bolts goes with nuts. The nuts were holding the bolt together, once u unscrewed them the nut is not in the same place as it was. So when u put the bolt back...there is no nut to hold it...only way is to take off bumper and redo it
