So this is the story I had to put my fucking front plate on so I could get my inspection sticker. I left it on for like a week, Now my brandnew paint on my front bumper has a line where the top of the fucking plate holder was sitting. Any ideas how i can take care of that?

depends on how bad the scratch is. if its not bas something like scratch x may work. if its real deap and into the paint (thru the clear and into the color) nothing will work
