Fogs mod

Anybody consider modifying a Sylvania SilverStar 9005 bulb to fit in the stock 9006 fog socket?

Apparently, this is a hot Integra mod for their low beams, since the 9005 bulb is 65W and the 9006 is 55W. I think the ends of the two bulbs are different also. Should be ~ 4200k, so should color match our stock hid low beams.

Yes, that's what I did with mine...use a dremel tool and take away the little tap inside the light socket to make it fit. Have been running for like 4 months without any problem.

Well if you get the heavy duty harness kit you can get even higher wattage bulbs in there ....i was using 100w hyper whites all the way across on my legend
