Hey, Mark I just PM you earlier. Most of the stuff you need, you can buy it from this site. The headers alone with installation is around $1400. Not sure what car you have, but for the fog light installation for a 2002 model TL is really easy. Follow the instructions on this page: http://www.geocities.com/typesdragon...tallation.html For the exhaust, I think Comptech dual exhaust is the best, no too loud, but gives you a deep growl. Coilovers are good investments. There are several to choice from. Personally, I will choose either the Apexi or Zex. Or you can consider the Comptech Springs. Everything you need is on this site, just click on the appropriate section on the top of the page. You can also visit http://www.autocarparts.com Hope these helps!

Looks like TypeSDragon answered all of your questions, but I figured I'd chime in about the fogs. I changed them the way that the manual tells you to... just use a long 10mm socket wrench and unbolt them, then slide them out, change the bulbs, and retighten the bolt.... took me about 5 min. total and you shouldn't even need to jack up the car (assuming you haven't lowered it by the time you do this).......
I'll also agree and say that the CompTech exhaust are the way to go... I got them and I love them. Headers... again, CompTech is the way to go... a little pricey, but ~32hp at the wheels is sweet. Plus, when compared to other mods like an intake which you get around 8hp (which is $30 per HP w/the by-pass valve), the headers make a lot of sense (only about $34 per HP if you buy from this site which is $1100)....
