i want to change my stock halogen fog lights into HID lights. What HID light should i use to make them look the best without overpowering the stock HID lights. Also i dont want them too powerful to piss off cops. What is the safe way to go.

Also how can i change the fog light switcher so the fog lights can turn on when i want them to, not only when the head lights are on?
