Fog Light + TL Switch + Relay

Fog Light + TL Switch + Relay
Alright I need some help... Basically I'm wiring some hid foglights with one relay. it should turn off regardless of if switch is on/off since it should be wired to the ignition as a source of 12v power.
so far i wired with a bosh relay to:
30 - hid positive
87 - ignition wire which is thick black with yellow strip with 25amp fuse (on steering wheel column)
86 - ground (correct?)
85 - one of the pins (tl switch)
anyways, i have no clue on how to wire the 5 pins... supposedly one is supposed to go to the 85 on the bosch relay, and all 4 are tapped to another source (cruise control). any help?

heres what i found
so pin 4 and 5 to go pin 4 and 5 from cruise control.
pin 1 ground, is ground...
pin 2 output is relay 85
and pin 3 is what?
Pin 1 - Ground for green 'on' bulb
Pin 2 - Output (to whatever you're switching; relay, etc)
Pin 3 - Input (most likely a live wire)
Pin 4 - Power for light when exterior lights are on
Pin 5 - Connection to interior dimming switch
Pin 2 - Output (to whatever you're switching; relay, etc)
Pin 3 - Input (most likely a live wire)
Pin 4 - Power for light when exterior lights are on
Pin 5 - Connection to interior dimming switch
pin 1 ground, is ground...
pin 2 output is relay 85
and pin 3 is what?

for future ref i guess.
4 pins from cruise control
pin 1 to pin 1 (ground)
pin 3 to pin 3 (live wire - power)
pin 4 to pin 4 (led power)
pin 5 to pin 5 (dimmer power)
and...
pin 2 to relay (basically tells lights to turn on, doesn't supply any source of power)
my button functions, but the dimmer and led light indicating that its on don't turn on. should be pins 4 and 5... suggestions? maybe i'll check connections, but they're solid. and i know the leds work, when i was swapping wires around, i powered the dimmer one.

if they're both not working i would try your ground again and just unhook the wire and run something temp to the chassis to see if that fixes it.
and you straight tapped it from the cruise switch right?
