Fog Light switch pinouts

Can someone please give the pinouts of the 5 pins for the TL fog light switch?
Maybe the Helms has it?

I lost the info I had. It used to be posted in the old TL FAQ also.

I saw that when I searched. It doesn't show the 5 pins on the switch. I need to know which ones those are.
