Get money back. Wouldn't 80W cause potential melting problem with the wiring harness, etc?

Stay with factory wattage, or you might melt the wiring or the reflector in the fog lights.
If I be you get HID.
I got HID on my wife car .
HID is not that much more money, less longer, and alot brighter

^ Only setback with HID fogs is that it might make visibility worse ... more reflection than actually "cutting" through the fog via contrast (ie yellow > white light). Just a thought.

But definitely get your money back. Do not go with higher wattage since the factory wiring is not designed to support 80W.

I have 3000K Piaa Ion yellow fogs (proper wattage) and just love it, especially in winter with snow on the ground. Super yellow on the lower section from the fogs and HID white on upper level from low beams. I swap out to 5000K halogen bulbs in summer, but stay within car spec in wattage.
