i have a tear in the seat , it started between two section and continue into one of the sections. it still small , maybe just an inch in lenth.
i was wondering what product works ? can i take the leather off the seat ?

I would personally find a professional to repair the seat or buy a new cover (or if you can find a good shape used seat)

 

who repair seats ? buying a used one ..i'm not sure it will fit the color.
i bet they change colors with different exposure to the sun

 

upholstery shops and maybe some boot repair shops. i know when i tore a hole in my leather riding jacket a local boot shop was able to repair it for me.
