Fixing a deep scratcH??

Well, I got the car a week and a half ago, and with only 300 miles, i've already got a scratch. it's pretty bad. I'm not sure how it happened. It doesn't look like someone did it with their keys, or by opening a car door because it's on the rear right corner of the bumper. I didn't back up into anything, and i'm sure if I did, i would've felt it as bad as the scratch is. I'm thinking someone hit it with a shopping cart or something, but anyway, I have some pics... check them out....

If someone has some suggestions on how i should fix it, i'd really appreciate it! Thanks!

Just hang on for a little longer. I just order something that suppose to cure all deepscratch and rock chip..... And it is suppose to be color match too. I got 2 huge (about 1/3 of the dime) size rock chips on my Lexus that i want to repair......

Sorry to see such a bad scratch already. It is too big to do other than at a body shop in my opinion. It can be fixed and will be completely gone when you get it back.

Hi, i see that your side profile indicates you're in MD. Do you recommend a bodyshop where I can get a good paintjob done and at a good price?
Thanks, i appreciate it!
