Fix Dim Gauges

If you cant see the outside temp, odometer, the little car icon that tells you what door is open, or that box next to the gear select doesnt tell you what gear your in when using SS; you might need to replace this little guy....

take out your gauges

take off white plastic backing

turn over white plastic and replace this little guy with the new little guy

And if you are ordering on-line from one of the Acura places, and paying the expensive shipping charges, go ahead and order the 3 or 4 red-based light bulbs which backlight the info center area. Then you will be all set. Seems like that little board ran about $35+shipping

Before:not seeing ANYTHING at night in those areas at night OR during the day only being able to see when in direct sunlight.
After: is what every working model looks like...

i like my terminology...
"how we shootin today rammy?" "see for yourself" "pretty good. what about that little guy?" "that little guy? i wouldnt worry about that little guy" (name that movie)

It will work as it should.
It look much brighter than before.
It will be very readable day or night, where as before, you couldn't read it.
You will like it.
Forget a picture and just trust us.

Super Troopers!

I just want brighter when it is dim out so I can see the gauges and have the lights on at the same time. LED conversion i suppose.

hell ya super troopers! mother of god....
anyways i really didnt understand what you ment by "i want brighter when it is dim out" "so you can see the gauges and have the lights on at the same time"

that wasnt my problem, i couldnt see ANYTHING at night. and could only read the displays during the day, in direct sunlight. if you can see fine at night but then when you turn on your head lights the display gets dim i think you have your dimmer switch on low/dim.

I'll try to post some pics tonight of the after....
