First Ding on my baby. Argh !!!

Well ... I knew it's going to happen sooner or later. I am not sure when and where I got it but not my baby TLS got a little ding and scratch mark on the rear door.

Does anyone know how much the dealer will charge for fixing the dent ? Or can any reputable body shop fix it and how much ?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers !!!

Just had a few removed on anothor vehicle- The dealer will tack on a few extra bucks themselves so I would contact the local Dent buster, Ding removal specialist in your area directly- Most make house calls- Ask for references as in does he/she represent any high line dealers-

I was recently in the BAy Area and saw a ding removal guy on the highway-

Plan 45.00 to 75.00 based on size and the location of the dent-

I suggest removing it and not letting them accumulate- As my wifes Lexus looked like Al Capone did a drive by with a machine gun-

Women just dont respect cars- (MOST WOMEN)

I have a guy that comes to my office and performs the work in the parking lot. I have used him to fix various cars that I have owned over the past 5 years. He does a fantastic job and in all cases the dent is 100% gone! They stick some metal rods in the door and roll the dent out from the inside, at least that is what it looked like the guy was doing. Dont be affraid to use a paintless dent removal place, just get reccomendations before picking one.

I use to do PDR and I can tell you that almost all dings (99.9999%) can be completely removed. It is well worth the money if someone that knows what they are doing does it.

I had a ding repaired at the Dent Wizard in Leonia NJ about a month ago. The car was two months old and got a quarter sized ding on the drivers side door. The ding was on the crease, and the car is black, but when they finished I couldn't tell where it had been. They're a little expensive, cost me $125, but it was well worth it.
