it felt like I was driving a manual in my TL!
today after shutting the car down for about 10 min cuz I needed to drop off something, as I was starting again and trying to back up slowly out of the parking space, the RPM seemed low (maybe around 800) and the car felt like it was a little jerky. It was like you are driving a stick and you don't give enough gas when the car is barely moving. Anyway it only happened once or twice and only when I was backing up..
any suggestions? I think something is wrong with my throttle components?

whoa...dont take that advice....revving a cold engine is one of the worst thigns you can do....the oil is cold and isnt fully circulated....never rev a cold engine...in a worst case scenerio...you could spin a crankshaft bearing and your engine would be ruined...
anyway..it could be the torque converter...since you said you wre going slow...its probably in between slipping a locking up
