Post extra $$$ = wheel decisions!

Which one is for me? Obviously you can't answer that, but maybe you could throw in your ideas? I recently found a way to expand my budget for rims and am looking for the right ones.

I'm looking for something really nice in chrome, though with class. Here are a few I've looked at:

LSportline (Lexus rims and only come in 20x8.5 but damn they're nice! Thought I'd let you drool ):

Lowenhart BS5s in 18x8 or 19x8 (anyone know what offset 19x8 super crystals are?):

Wonder if I could buy these for the 18s if the super crystals won't fit (no super crystals in 18s right?):

Lowenhart BSDs in 18x8 or 19x8:

Lowenhart LD1s in 18x8 or 19x8:

There is an SSR rim called Agle Minerva that is amazing... $700/rim + shipping from Japan is a lot though. I'd post a pic but the SSR site times out.

HREs are nice but damned expensive.

So really its looking like one of the Lowenharts... whats your opinion? Any ideas on other nice, tasteful, chrome rims? I've been looking everywhere.

BTW, does anyone know what offset the Lowenharts are in 19s? Will any of them fit?

You sure have expensive tastes Nate. Man those "Super Crystals" are so sweet - I've always loved those - but $1000 apiece is too much for TL wheels - better get a security guard while you're at it Don't think they come in a front-wheel drive offset though - like 42 is the highest I believe. Nice choiced s...good luck!

Yea, those super crystals are off the hook!

What do you guys think about 18x8 in the front and 18x8.5 in the back? Think 18x8.5 would fit back there? I think that would look sweet!

Hey, I was actually thinking about the Alstadt IVs... can't find a pic of them in chrome though. Is that $300 extra chromed for all 4 or per rim? I like the offsets these come in! Both 18x8 and 18x8.5 come in offsets between 23 and 53!

Seems everyone likes the LD1s over the BSDs huh? Strange.

The Veleos look nice, a lot like the Alstadt 1s.

Damn I wish I could show you guys the Agle Minervas... they are sweet!

I've decided BS5s are out of the question. Really leaning towards the Alstadt IVs, though I wish they were made in 19s. I like the BSDs over the LD1s... waiting to find out offsets though. Would like to run 19s if they'll fit and I can afford it... back to rim browsing. =/

Nate, get the HRE's! Then you'll be in a league of your own! Think of it this way, 5 years from now they'll cost 3 times more!

Pretty sweet... but out of my league if they're special order from Japan. If I'm paying to get rims out of Japan I'd get the Agle Minervas. Has anyone ever seen these? Man they are so tight! Wish the SSR site wasn't down.

NSX4DR, actually I wanted the Alstadt 1s for the longest time... now I'm kinda partial to the Alstadt IVs.

I think I've narrowed it down to the Lowenhart BSDs (18, 19 if it'll fit!) or the Alstadt IVs (don't makje 19s so 18s in chrome). Making calls now on the offsets.

anyone in houston know of a shop that can shave rims and that i can trust!! ? i want a higher offsent.. 48 its good but a higher would be better.. cause i'm planning to get apex ws.
