Currently my car is completely stock however theres a couple thing I would like to change. I dont want to do anything major just add a couple things to improve the look. Basically I would like to lower the car a bit, tint the windows, and add a trunk lip. I guess my questions are:

What are my options for a trunk lip(sorry if im using the wrong term)?

Do you think 35% tint is enough if my car is white? I want it to stay classy looking.

Would lowering improve the look? How much would you lower the car? Do I need to do more than change the springs to lower the car?

Thanks for your help.

what is the color of the interior.
lower will make the car look much better. and to how much you want to lower it really depends on how much you want to change the look.
try searching you will find pics and tips on everything you want to do.

Yeah i new to this message board but from my experience most times if you search you can find all the answers. I have been searching the past few days for things and gaining all sorts of knowledge. I do want to lower my car. Not sure how and how much.

the lower the better the look, but then the more cautious you have to been when driving speed bumps, road debris, and drive thru fast food places will become your enemy. Eibach pro kits will give you a 2.1 front 1.6 in the rear a lot of people on the board have H&R sports 1.75 front 1.5 rear... ofcourse you may need a camber kit to ensure you get a good tire contact patch for even tire wear and better traction. I'm sure since you've been searching you've probably seen pictures of lowered cars maybe that would help you decide how low to go

Don't get JUST springs. Most of my friends say it's a cheap way to lower your car, but it can also mess up your suspension (or something like that). Instead, pay a little more and get coil overs, like the Teins. They're expensive, but I heard it's definitely worth it. I'm going to eventually get some Teins too.

From what I have read you only need coil covers if you plan on raising and lowering you care often. The consensus seems to be either springs with exsisting shock or springs and shocks together. My car has 69,000 miles on it so I would most likely go with springs and shocks all at once. No telling how long the stock shocks might last and it would probably save time and money replacing both at the same time.
