exhaust???

Hi X, you might want to try doing a search for more opinions but the consensus is this.
Axle-back exhaust, hp 1-2hp low noise (depending on muffler style)
Cat-back exhaust, 1-2hp more then the Axle-back, but louder since you'll loose your existing piping which contains your resonators.
Pretty much they're all the same, everyone select an exhaust based on how it looks on thier car.

There are few dyno sheets available to confirm which full cat back exhaust produce the most hp and sound level is percieved differently (too bad we don't have db ratings like JASMA).

I like the Comptech axle back. It has a nice deep tone but isn't overbearing. Check my pics out in the link below if you want to see it on the car.

I'm assuming since you're posting in here you have a TL-S. Currently I don't think there are any full exhaust systems for the TL-S, only Axle-back. In addition, our exhausts are so free flowing in stock form that you're only looking at about a 1-3hp gain tops (like Cuong said). They're done mostly for looks and sound.....
