sorry, lemme try that again:

To those with Tein SS and the optional EDFC, what do you guys set the dampening to for the three memory presets. Just wondering, mine are set to f4/r4, f16/r16, and f28/r28 but i want to play around with them, switch it up a little, maybe a little more in the front and less in the back but i don't know where to start. also is it safe to change the dampening while driving, accelerating, cornering, or should you be stopped?
thanks

I have Preset 1 set to 8 front / 8 rear (normal driving)
Preset 2 set to 16 front / 16 rear (highway driving and when i have to go over the stupid huge metal speed bumps at work)
Preset 3 set to 4 front / 4 rear (fun spirited driving)
