Try calling Mile High Honda. After all, it is a Honda part.

i hav dem..and since the fog light hole has the frame RITE behind it it tends to turn the bulb..and my wires somtimes jus disconnect from inside...i hav to shove them bac in...solution to that would be to cut a piece out of the frame.wont do any harm...

Check the fuse holder and see if it melted cause that might be the problem. Happen to me so I went to advance and changed it for a better fuse holder.

It should be hanging above the steering rack pole... haha thats my best description of the location. Or you can locate by looking at the wire that connects to the back of the fuse box to the firewall. Can't get a picture of it right now cause I'm in Edmonton so yeah.

Look at the wire that has the fuse that goes from the outside to inside the car. should be right by the gas pedal. Then you should be able to locate it pretty easily.

Should work. Long as its the same type. That relay you have now should be a normally open one. Its worth a try anyways-4 post relays are cheap.

Also-a 5 post should work. Pretty sure the extra post is for another switched device, but it energizes at the same time.
