You heard wrong.
No matter how much air you cram in your engine, without more fuel, you get no more power. This wont work like an aftermarket intake, those dont make more power, they free up power by removing restrictions.

the e-ram is a complete scam. do not waste your time. i have covered this extensively over 3 different car forums. it doesn't push enough air. the last board i belonged to researched it and it turned out the car needed more air at 7000rpm than the eram could suck in. believe me, it's a waste. but it would be nice if it was true.
