Just got the DVD nav unit for my 99TL to rplace the old hd unit. Now just need to buy the 2.4ver that includes my city.

My question is how did the clock display larger in the center of the screen for me once?
Not sure what I did/didn't do to for it to do that. Since I don't really need the map(wife does), I like the clock coming up large.
Any help?

also, DO the dumpNAVI instructions work for the black disc units?
Its stated they were created using the orange.
any known dvd-r compatabilty issues? Only had the car a month now.

When the Star screen comes up with the clock very small in the corner, just touch the small numbers and it should become large in the middle.

Yup. Press the small clock on the bottom corner and the big clock will appear on the middle of the screen. Press the middle of the screen again to move the clock to the bottom corner.
