I upgraded from the disc that was originally in my 00', so the difference is pretty significant (streets, updates, POI's, etc). To me, it's was worth the price and wait. Upgrading from the disc in your 02'... that depends on your area and how much it's changed since your disc was created. I wound not upgrade just for the increased POI's, unless that's what really interests you - I'd do it just to get new streets and geographic updates. However, there have been talks floating around that this most recent disc will be the last update they'll do for us since the navi in the 04's is different, so you may want to get it just because it will be the last one... But then again, there's no proof of this yet and you can always buy it later down the road if it turns out that this is indeed the last update.

Maryland is mapped pretty well, so if you do not travel to rural areas much, it may not be worth it for you. New update has "unverified" streets, and that maps out 95% of US. If you ever been to Deep Creek Lake - with new disk all little streets around it are covered.

I still think there is a good chance that we may get one more update. The Pilot has our GPS system and thats a fairly new car. So does the Odyessy, not sure which other Honda's have the 2nd Gen TL navi system but I think there is enough vehicles still in production to warrant one more update.

Thanks guys! I visit my Mom in Florida every year and her newer 1994 community isnt on the disc I have. I'm no expert when driving there and it may be a nice upgrade having it work correctly. I guess that I'll toss a coin. QR

I have a 02 TL-S. I haven't updated the navi since I bought the car. I want to buy the new updated version however, I want to know if they included Canada with the update?

I know with the new 04 TL's you can hit a few different keystrokes and pull up the Canada version of the Navi.. Is this possible with this upgrade? Does anyone know.. Then the 185. would definately be worth it for me!

No Canada map. I've upgraded it to the latest and it's worth it. Lots of new streets are on there now.

I'll probably get it too.. Its too bad about the Canada maps.. I was really hoping I'd be able to hit a couple secret keys and load up our neighbors up North...
