Cool Dropped with Rims - Pics

Well, I've had the rims a little over two months, but I didn't want to take pics until I dropped the car as it looked even more like a truck with the bigger rims. Anyway, a couple of pics below.... about 5 new ones on my website. I will post better pics when I wash and wax the car this weekend. I'll also take some in the sunlight . A lot of people were asking me about them, so I snapped some quick ones last night to post. Enjoy!!

I was thinking the same thing

str8acura - yeah, they're pretty close to stock.. but enough difference that it looks like I have rims. They have an Audi S4 look to them too. It's amazing when I park next to my buddy at work now... it doesn't even look like we have the same car!!

2k2SilverTL-S - give me about 5 min. and I'll find the link for the frame place!

edit - OK.. got it!! http://store.yahoo.com/licenseplateframes/index.html

hehe... hey, I put a disclaimer in the original post saying it was getting washed and waxed this weekend.

Poor baby hasn't been washed in almost 3 weeks. It's supposed to be nice all weekend and all next week, so Sun. I'll clean her up

It's about time! Now I've got to get pics of those other wheels for you in case you're still interested in snow wheels...or you can aways take a drive down.

Looking good!

Thanks Sly...

I'm still looking for snows, so if you can snap some pics I'd appreciate it. Otherwise, Sept. is booked but maybe I'll swing down in Oct. some time....

Well, I probably won't get headers until next year, so by then I think we'll have a clear idea about the OBX headers as far as durability. I am awaiting the dyno myself to see what happens... that will at least give us an idea of power. By next year we'll know how the headers hold up, especially going from cold to hot as one of the CLers doing the testing is from NH. If the dyno is good and they hold up great during the winter I'll go OBX. No point in paying double if I don't have to.

Are your headlights aftermarket? I would love to get rid of the amber reflectors in my 03.

Nope, those are the factory headlights. I will most likely be clearing them out this fall/winter......

Well, like I said above several times, the car has not been cleaned in several weeks. No point in wasting tire dressing on dirty tires.

I did, however, wash and wax the car yesterday, so I snapped some pics and should have them on my site tomorrow..... and don't worry.. I used tire dressing....
