Driver Set Heater not working

Driver Set Heater not working
The switch is working for the driver side, I can turn it to high and low but cant feel the heat. Any suggestions?
I have a 2002 Type S with 110k miles.

you likely have suffered the famous broken wire- a result of wallet in pocket.
Under the leather seat cover is what looks like an old electric blanket.
If you are handy and patient- the front seat comes out of the car- undo the clips and slip off the cover- make a repair to the broken wire- put it all together
