Does having traction control ON lacks the power???

Question Does having traction control ON lacks the power???
Just wanted to know if turning off the traction control makes the car faster or not...

Traction control will slow you don if you step on the gas hard and spin the tires off the line. Its used for slipage in the rain and snow ect. It doesnt make a difference while the car is driving though.

no difference under normal conditions. ppl jus like to turn it on wen racing so they dont spin-out too much at the start off.
