No it does not fit, I've tried. The design of the CL seat is a little different than the TL.

For obvious reasons, it doesn't. Completely different geometry between the two in that area. Why, might I add, would you want to? Just curious.

there is a guy over at a-cl selling custom sparco seats thats looks hot and wanted to get them but they're sold already anyway. thank you for all your help.

If you have seen the rear seats frot he CL you wouldn't be asking "why would you want to swap the seats?".. I never use my rer seats but I would still love to pop in a CL's rear seat, there is only two seats in it, not three, and it has 2 nice sized storage compartment in the center of the seat, where the third driver would sit.
