Does anyone think Aegean Blue is an ugly color?

Blue is always best...
I kind of had the same dilmma that you have. I really liked the look of the ABP but wished that it came in parchment and almost bought the black with parchment. After a while I kept going back and found that I REALLY liked the black interior.
I bought the ABP and I LOVE IT! The black interior definitely helps to make it feel more like a sports car everytime you crawl into it. I know what you mean about it possibly being too trendy. That is what my wife was concerned about. I do seem to notice that more and more luxury cars are coming out with similar colors of blue now. So this color may definitely date the automobile to the early 2000s, but so what if you like it?
I have had it for less than two months now, but I can honestly say that I ALWAYS look back at it when I walk away and still smile. PLUS, this is NO BS. I actually had a "30 something" lady follow me all around a parking lot one day and then wait for me to get out, and then she asked me what year of Acura that was and then went on and on about how she had never seen such a beautiful car before and that she was going to go shopping for one. I have also had two other people walk by my car in shopping centers and stop to tell me what a beautiful car you have there... NO B.S. all this in only 6 weeks.
I've got to say that I have been pleased with mine in between washes. I've been going every two weeks, and it still looks good (from a distance) Up close, it just looks a bit dusty. It really does hold up better in between washes than I think black does.
They all look good, but like I was told, if you like Aegean blue in the beginning, you will love it later! I find that it continues to grow on me rather than the other way around... GO FOR IT!

I agree, ABP is a very striking and cool looking color...But my problem is that in So. Fla, there are too many of them, and I didn't want to be lost in the circus of ABP TLS's, those blue civic SI's, and those blue integra GSR's...There are just too many cars in so. fla. that have ABP or a color that is similar like on the civic or integra, so I decided to go elegant instead of sporty, and got WDP/ebony....But i admit my first choice was ABP.

ABP is a sweet color. I have gotten many comps. Earlier this week I was at the bank drive thru paying my car payment and the hottie at the drive thru asked what color my car was. Said she liked it, and it wasnt even very clean at the time. Almost made me forget about the fat check I had just given her....almost.

dude! shrink that pic - right scroll sucks!
ok when i was shopping and I saw the blue, 1st thought - have to have it!
it's very pretty - very sexy
for me - realistically - I had no garage so I couldn't get the one that had to be super clean every day to look good.
I was convinced by some people that you would tire of the color.
Not sure today - it's awfully good looking. A real head turner - certainly much more so than the silver that I have.
Today - I would hold out for the red that's coming in June (?)
