Does anyone have a 99 TL, with a factory body kit, H&R springs and 18" wheels

Does anyone have a 99 TL, with a factory body kit, H&R springs and 18" wheels. I just got my H&R 1.75" springs, and I'm also about to buy 18" wheels. I want to but a factory body kit, but will it be too low, will it scrape? Please anyone with this setup let me know how they like it. Also if you have a pic please post it. Rory

I do. You will be fine most of the time except for the concrete block on parking spaces and some drive ways where the front lip get's scratch. The sides and the rear have never touch the ground or close. You also have to be careful with tow trucks.

Please, don't cut those springs!! Find someone to buy them off you and get a different set at least. The difference shouldn't be more than $50-$100. Don't go cheap on a nice car just to save a few bucks. You must have some cash if you can afford 19 inch wheels.

Yeah....if it's not low enough for you than just sell those springs and get some springs that are lower. Never.....I say Never cut your springs....I cut springs before when I had an Integra & Accord...the ride quality is the worse thing you could ask for. It's a TL....you shouldn't do that. Just my opinion...but it's up to you if you want to or not.

You need to plug your ears. Not true. No set of sprints would ever be exactly the same after install. They are almost the same. Form the outside it's vey hard to tell if they are H&R or comptechs. They are both made for the accord. The only difference is the price .

Thumbs up Hn Rs

Have the Sport Hn Rs and lower than the Comptechs. The ride quality is great and the drop is acceptable. If you want your car to looked slammed then you need to buy coilovers and not Comptechs or Hn Rs! Silver Type S

To get a "slammed" look, you will have to get H&R race springs
(2.2" drop front, 1.75" rear). If that's not low enough, then you will need to get coilovers.
