do you have to cut? AEM for bypass>??

You have to cut each pipe just past the ridge otherwise you risk breaking the bypass valve sliding it over the ridges. Use electrical or masking tape to to give yourself a straight line to cut with a hacksaw (use a sharp fine blade), and to keep the paint from chipping. Have someone hold each pipe, as a vice may crimp them.
