Do I Need a New Coil Pack?

About a year back I had to replace a coil pack due to random misfire codes. Now it is time to do my spark plug swap. Got my Irids all ready to go, but now I'm not sure if I need to replace said coil pack. I just pulled out the pack I replaced, after a small amount of resistance and the rubber end detached from the pack and stuck to the plug. It came right out after I stuck the pack back in to see if that would help get it out.

My question, do I need to replace the pack now, or will I still be able to use it? I am planning on replacing the other five in the next month, but I was hoping I might be able to get by with using the same pack?

Why would you replace all Coil Packs? they are not wearable items like Brake Pads or Engine Oil, The Coil packs work or Doesnt.
IMHO It its not Broken dont Mess with it.

I agree,,
unless you have misfire codes with engine roughness/loss of mpg..then a new coil is in the plan
otherwise treat them very gently- dont set down hard!! and they should be fine
If the boot was not solidly attached then slip it back on
If it broke off,,buy 1 new coil for that location

reset the ecu -via clock fuse method- after coil change = so the system runs a self test and finds the new part/problem fixed
