No they have 5x120 bolt pattern and we have a 5x114.3

What about 2004 3rd gen acura tl factory oem rims? Would they fit on a 2nd gen(99-03) acura tl with low profile or run-flat tires?

Yes they will fit. It has the same bolt pattern but 45 offset vs 55 offset. So they will stick out a little more
