Do the 2002 TL-S Headrests tilt?

Do the 2002 TL-S Headrests tilt?
I wanted to swap out my headrests in my CL-S with the headrests from the TL-S because I though they tilted. However the CL guys are telling me the 2002 TL-S headrest do not tilt. Yet I test drove a 2002 TL-S before, & I know that cars headrests tilted. It was a Type S. Maybe that car had different headrests added?

Maybe the dealer swapped the headrests from a CL-P? I don't remember what they looked like so maybe.
