I am going to try this at work. I have as small LED as the ones in the radio. Meaning, you dont have solder a resistor. This company called DIGIKEY https://acurazine.com/forums/showpos...&postcount=309 sells small LED for computer boards. These LED could be solder right on the board without a bulky resistor.

I will do a DIY when I convert mine.
