DIY Power steering pump repair kit $22.99
as promise to those that dont want to pay $250 dollars for a rebuilt PSP......you can get one of these repair kit at your local auto parts store......

well if you need help on which part then just ask pls....when i get time after the holiday i will try to put text in with the pictures.....its basicly very simple....a few Orings and one seal.....and get a bottle of break cleaner so you can clean the parts ....

use a screwdriver and stick it thru one of the opening in the pully and against the housing....that what i did....=)....and it counter clockwise ....the normal loosening of bolt....

a normal long socket will do....=).....12mm i believe...

I went through your DIY, and in your case, you only replaced the seals. Many of us have the problem with the bearing too. Do you think the bearing is easy to be replaced? or it is tight on the rod and will need to be pressed out. Thanks again for the great DIY.

yes ....if your bearing is bad then it would be best if you used a presser......for those that dont have one a hammer and cresent wrench would do....but be careful and put on the nut in the thread b4 attempting to remoce the bearing ....it on there pretty good but it will come off....just take your time and cautious....
