Disconnecting TCS

OK, this may sound absurd... but I need to do it. I was in a bad car accident last fall, and ever since my TCS has been all fucked up. If I barely accelerate, the system comes on, and its really, really annoying because I can hear it, feel it, and see the light flashing every time. The dealership has replaced all kinds of stuff under the wheels including axels, speed sensors, etc. They spent 900 bucks on it (covered by insurance) 2 monthes ago trying to fix it and it is still not working. I want to remove the fuse, which causes the TCS light to come on and stay on, so I need to take apart the dash and disconnect the light bulb from the TCS warning light. My service advisor told me how to take the bezel off, but it seems to be connected to the AC units and TCS switches and crap, so I need to know whats the best way to get behind the guage to disconnect it, if that means me taking apart the whole dash, then so be it. I just dont want to screw anything up, like the wiring or such for the AC unit. if you know how to disconnect the system without doing any of this, please tell me, but I doubt theres any other way. Thanks for the help!

I say just keep bugging the insurance. If the dealer can't get it fixed, raise some hell and get the car tagged as "totalled" from the accident. If you can't drive it, it should be totalled right?

i understand what you're saying, but disconnecting it may have some other implications that we may not totally know about. i would take the first route and make them fix it. or just sell the car and buy another one. that would probably be your best option (although usually not the easiest). sorry man.
