Different Part Numbers?

I am Looking into buying the HnR Sport Springs and i have been doing a lot of research on them - according to hrsprings.com they have the same part number for the 99-02 TL - But when i check morepowerracing.com/ they have different part numbers for the 99-01 and 02- up - Which one is right ??? i believe the HnR website is right and those are the ones i want to buy but i don't wanna mess up my car by buying the wrong springs - and BTW how much would an average shop charge to install these springs ?? - no shocks just springs - Thanx ahead

look at the for sale section here and at acura-cl there are a few ppl sellin sport springs. from what i herd when i was getting mine is that springs don't go bad. maybe someone could confirm this? so you might be able to pick up a set for 50-100 opposed to 225 for new. just a thought, also i belive the 99-02 fitment is the same.
