went there to see why my srs light was on and this is what happen..... licence plate f'd up and scratches along my whole front lip....good thing my plat is down there or i wouldnt even have seen the scratches....stupid ****ing dealer

i dotn know how it happen...i wasnt the one who droped the car off..my mom did it so i didnt notice until today...and i dont know what can be done...theres no way to prove there wernet scratches there before because it's a easy place to scratch (even tho i knoe its never been scratched)...and what can you do about the plate besides bend it back...its just gonna look ugly tho...do you think i can get a new one?....oh and also...i blame my mom most because i told her not to bring it there because ive read other stories about denville on here...and also i told her over and over agian to never let the dealer wash my car...but she obviously didnt tell them that cause they washed with some ****ing diorty ass water because its covered in brown waterspots....very noticble spots...way to ruin the wax job i did a week ago..jeez...

Don't let any time go by at all...start b!t@hin about it ASAP!!!! Call them right now!! The more that goes by, the harder it is to prove fault. Demand that they fix it for nothing-except nothing less!!!

Did you remount the license plate yourself? It looks different. looks like you mounted lower. You can probably get a new one from the DMV, I can't really tell how messed up it is from the pic. But you should be able to bend it back.
As far as the damage, doesn't look that bad. Again it's hard to tell from the pic. My front kit is scratched too at the bottom from scraping. You can try to sand it and patch it up with touch up paint.
You're right it's hard to prove but you have nothing to lose. I'd call them ASAP and let them know. If they don't take care of the problem, you're weren't planning on going back to them anyway.
