Debadging My New TL-S

How exactly do you remove the badges from the back??? I heard a hair dryer can help remove... and Diet Coke works great to remove the residue. Is that true. Would love to know what you all have done before I make the attempt.

Thanks,
Nick

Heat it up and use tooth floss with a sawing action through the double stick tape. When I did it I didn't even use a hairdryer. Worked fine without it, depends on the temp. The residue came off by rubbing it off. Use alcohol or Googone if need be. Save the phosphoric(spel?) acid for your tummy.

Coke stuff;

Coca Cola syrup must be transported as a "Dangerous goods", it's a corrosive.

Coca Cola is used to degrease and wash the coke delivery truck engines.

Hmmmm, delicious

When I had my 93 Integra, the battery kept producing acid... you know, the green-ish stuff that corrodes the terminals. Oneday the acid actually corroded through the cable and disabled me until I replaced the clamp part of the cable. Anyway, the Jiffy Lube guy told me to pour Diet Coke on the termials and it will get rid of the acid. So he demonstrated and I was a believer. The Acid acutally disappeared infront of my eyes. So now I drink Diet Coke often to kill whatever bacterias there are in my stomache.

Just heat it up with hair dryer and pull it off with your fingers. Use soap and water to finish it off.

Lightbulb

I debadged about a week after I got the car. All I did was heat it up with a blow drier and used Dental floss to remove it. I then use Turpentine (very little) to remove the residue. Claybar, quick coat of wax, and bam.... it was gone...... Took about 5 min. total, about 2 of which was using the blow drier.....
