lilke the others said, use a license or dental floss to peal them off, then use googone to get rid of any left over adheasive. then buff and wax the area and you are all set. heating them up with a hair dryer helps out.

Googone does make removal cleaner and easier but is not needed.
i removed mine with a hair dryer, and floss.
try to remove the excess gunk right after each letter while it's still warm,
just by rubbing/rolling it off with your fingers.

That's what I did. Let it sit with the emblems facing the sun for about a half hour... some dental floss... came right off. Used GooGone to get the residue off... quick wax of the area and done.
15 minutes tops....
