has anyone else dealt with curry acura on central?...it took them three weeks for them to work on my car...and when they gave me my car back...they smashed up my back bumper...they also denied doing it...scummers...has this happened to anyone else?

 

The Acura where I had recently purchased my TL-S had left scrap marks on my sideskirts and little scratches on my back bumper. I called them up and started to complain to the salesperson that had sold me my car. He said they would fix it no questions asked. If I were you, I would try to go back to your dealership and just keep complaining.

p.s. threaten to sue them! *wink*wink*

I'm from that area myself and I have NOTHING good to say about Curry Acura. I have vowed never to buy a car from them nor will I ever let them touch my car. I've even heard stories that they had 7 mechanics arrested a few years back b/c they were making duplicate copies of client keys and having the cars stolen by their friends. Recently I heard that 5 cars with aftermarket wheels were hit...all the wheels were stolen and the cars left with their rotors on the ground.

If you want good curtous service go to Acura of Westchester in Larchmont. It's a little out of the way but worth every second.
