Damn Walnut tree!
ARGG! I have a dent on my trunk lid about the size of a golf ball! This damn walnut tree has been bombing my roof (house) for the last month with these huge walnuts!! Its driving me crazy! Apparently one found its way to my car.. I didnīt notice the damage this morning since its still dark when I leave for work. So low and behold, come out from work today, get up to my car.. "WTF!" ahh man!
Well my question is; what can I expect to pay to have a dent of this nature pulled out? Any Ideas?

I had a guy from "Dent Pro" come to the house. Their advertised rate is $79 for the first non-paint involved ding, with reduced price for additional dings (or moderate, confined dents). He had to remove the trunk lining, etc. so I paid him $100. I HAD to get it fixed, as the car was two weeks old and the ding was right below the crease on the rear quarter panel, and looked like hell! He did such a good job that you can't see where it was.

Where is the dent? Is it on the crease in the middle of the hood? Hopefully you weren't that unlucky. If it was you may be SOL.
PDR places don't tend to touch dents that are on a crease. It's too hard to fix and typically comes out looking worse.

The dent is on the trunk lid, about 2 to 2.5 inches from the back, almost in the center. (where a spoiler would be mounted) It looks as though a "dent technician" would be able to work it out since its on the totally flat portion of the lid. Im almost positive that it can be fixed to an almost new condition since those dent guys can do some pretty amazing work.. all well, wish me luck!
by the way, I saw a KILLER silver NSX down at the local pizza parlor tonight.. what a sweet car!
