The rattle comes from the front passenger door area, it's hard to pinpoint.

It seems to be from the power lock switch area.

any ideas?

 

Unfortunately, I believe that far too many of us have similiar problems to what you are experiencing. Although I continue to have rattles, when I took delivery of my car, I had a very loud rattle coming from the passenger side area. I had to take my one day old baby back to the dealership the next day. As it turned out, they found a very large bolt rolling around inside the passenger side seat belt panel. They claimed that this "extra" bolt must have been dropped during manufacturing. Needless to say, not a way to impress me about quality assurance.

Still far too many phantom noises! I have my fourth appointment next week that I hope will, once and for all, bring this car up to the level I expect from an Acura.
